2.    Navigate to my course you wish to request a refund for.
3.    Click on the three button located on the right of course.
4.    Click Authors profile and select message button.
5.    Submit your refund message to the author for review.

While we strive to accommodate refund requests, there are certain circumstances under which a refund may be denied:

1.    If the refund request is made after the eligible refund period.
2.    If a significant portion of the course materials has been accessed or completed.
3.    If a course or subscription has been shared with others or used in violation of our terms of use.
